Greg Woszczalski (Director)
For the past 15 years Greg has worked across many business sectors structuring and implementing cash flow solutions, consulting to directors and consulting on company restructure. In 2015 Greg successfully divested his equity in 180 Group, which from 2003 had grown into a successful national business, to the FSA Group a public company trading on the Australian Securities Exchange. Greg co-founded 180 Group in 2003 and it developed into a leading diversified lender to the SME market. Prior to this Greg was at Merrill Lynch where he specialised in institutional debt and derivatives trading, working closely with the debt capital markets team reporting to Merrill Lynch globally on debt market transactions and flows.

Danielle Verschoor (Director)
Danielle graduated as a Psychology major and started her career in market research in 1991 for a boutique specialising in marketing strategy for both finance and branded goods. Following a break in her career, Danielle started in sales and marketing for a chemicals company before being appointed to management responsibility for a family office (Rous Investments). Danielle joined the Grow Equipment in 2016 to support marketing and administration efforts.
